Booking and cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The guest pays a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay after making the reservation, additional payment on the spot.
Cancellation of standard reservation conditions:
- 30% of the reservation price if the stay is canceled less than 30 days before arrival
- 50% of the reservation price if the stay is canceled less than 21 days before arrival
- 70% of the reservation price if the stay is canceled less than 14 days before arrival
- 100% of the reservation price for cancellation less than 7 days before arrival and in case of no-show
Cancellation conditions of a non-refundable reservation:
- 10% discount when booking a room with non-refundable reservation conditions. If you cancel, change or do not arrive at the accommodation, you will be charged the total price of the stay.
