Reservation and cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The guest pays a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay after making the reservation, additional payment on the spot.

Cancellation fees for standard reservations:

  • 30% of the booking price if canceled less than 30 days before arrival
  • 50% of the booking price if canceled less than 21 days before arrival
  • 70% of the booking price if canceled less than 14 days before arrival
  • 100% of the booking price if canceled less than 7 days before arrival and in case of no-show

Cancellation conditions of a non-refundable reservations:

  • 10% discount when booking a room with non-refundable reservation conditions. If you cancel, change or do not arrive at the accommodation, you will be charged the total price of the stay.

Breakfast

The accommodation price also includes a rich buffet breakfast. You can look forward to a hot and cold buffet, homemade and local products, fresh fruit and delicious coffee. We also think of people with allergies to gluten or lactose, and vegetarians also have breakfast with us.

  • Pets only by agreement with the reception for 300 CZK / night, we do not accept large breeds (We are happy to accommodate your pets by agreement, however, they do not have access to the lounge during the breakfast buffet. Thank you for your understanding.)

Our private parking is located directly next to the hotel. You do not pay anything for parking your car.

Storage of bikes, skis, snowboards

We will store all your sports equipment for free in a locked and covered area so you don’t have to worry about it.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: you can check in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (in case of later arrival, please contact us in advance).
Check-out: the room must be vacated by 11 o’clock
